In 2006 I started consultancy Nimbus Disability to provide support to organisations on meeting the needs of their disabled customers.

Over the years this has evolved significantly - first into the development of CredAbility Quality Assurance and now The Access Card, which promises to revolutionise the relationship between disabled customers and service providers.
